Extracts or copies of notarial deeds – these are copies of the original notarial deed signed by you, prepared in a number that depends on the activity performed. Taking into account the nature of the activity, these may be 1 extract or even 6 or more, depending on the need to notify an appropriate number of authorized entities, such as the land and mortgage register court, land surveying, commune, tax office. The cost of a given extract depends on the number of pages, and its maximum amount is also regulated by the provisions of the above-mentioned regulation Minister of Justice and may not exceed PLN 6 + VAT per page.

Tax on civil law transactions, the payer of which is the notary, is therefore obliged to collect this tax from you, if any, and pay it to the Tax Office. This tax is regulated by the Act of September 9, 2000. on tax on civil law transactions.

Inheritance and donation tax – the payer of this tax – in the scope of a donation made in the form of a notarial deed or an agreement concluded in this form for the free dissolution of co-ownership or a settlement on this subject – is the notary, therefore he is obliged to collect this tax from you if any and pay it to the Tax Office. This tax is regulated by law of July 28, 1983 on inheritance and donation tax.

Court fees – collected through a notary by the land and mortgage register court in connection with entries made in the land and mortgage register.
Their amount is regulated by the Act of July 28, 2005. on court costs in civil cases.
